Therefore, my plan was to find two Keto recipes that I could batch make to eat on the go in the mornings. I came up with two recipes that have worked really well for my husband and me: quiche muffins and salmon cakes. In this post, I will share my Chicken and Veggie Quiche Muffin recipe.
